When will I be refunded?

We do not offer cash refund. We will credit the amount in form of a coupon code upon receipt of damaged product. We can refund you once the original product has been returned without further damage. The coupon code generated will be equivalent to the value of product returned. The shipping charges will have to be borne by the buyer. The coupon code will be valid for a said time as informed by tafiasacademy at the time of code generation or we will resend the product based on your request.

Cancellation Policy

How do I cancel an order?

Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled unless until there is any manufacturing defect in it while it is delivered . Your refund ( in form of coupon code of equivalent value less shipping charge) will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back at our warehouse and checked. Refund will be initiated only after you mail us a clear, original quality unboxing video of the product delivered within 2 days of receiving the product to aamupublication2009@gmail.com and we shall do the needful after verification of the video. Please arrange to send the product back within 7 days of having approved for return.

• we shall not accept returns unless there is some defect in the product or if a wrong product is delivered.
• In case of multiple orders, a single product is returned and coupon code is applied, then the discount will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

After we verify the video & Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund coupon. You will be notified of the same by email. kindly share a video with the clear ,original quality video  of the product ordered within 2 days of receiving the order at aamupublication2009@gmail.com and we shall do the needful.

Your refund in form of coupon code will be processed soon after we receive the cancelled items back from the courier.

What to do in case of missing product?

Please do send us a video of unboxing, following which after verification you will receive a call or mail from us for further details & confirmation, if we find that the product is genuinely missing we will ship it back.

What to do in case of missing courier ?

Generally, products within south India reaches in 2 days, incase u haven’t received your product even after a week, you can contact us for detailed info of your shipment like the logistics name, shipping id. courier can be tracked using the Id incase if there was an issue in dispatch from our location we will investigate further and make sure it has been shipped ,incase if the courier is shipped from here ,make sure to check with your local office of the same courier and collect in case of non-delivery as we don’t hold responsibility to it  .
